This is an analytical view of how the so called “chicken wing” is not a flaw, but an oversite of proper mechanics. There has never been a malpractice suit in golf…….

   Thanks for the great information! Interestingly, Harvey Penick used to say to ‘let that elbow go, it will return to your side.’ The key is as you mentioned, not to lift the arms to get them there, but let them float there after a proper “heave”. Look forward to more great posts. Thanks!
