Proceeds from the series Descriptiones Vintage Golf Photographs taken by George S. Pietzcker published in January 1930 issue of The American Golfer, entitled “Here’s the Chick Evans Way Mashi spear.” Evans was one of the greatest amateur golfers of his era, considered by many to be the second to Bobby Jones.
