The Easy Golf Swing Hammer Man Style

By on March 27, 2010, 12:53 pm

In this video clip Michael J. Lavery, aka, The Hammer Man of Golf demonstrates how he hits the golf ball with the easiest possible swing. His secret is to swing very heavy golf clubs. The swing weight of his driver is G8 and the swing weight of his irons are F5-F7. These swing weight are very unusual but they work really well for this type of swing. Notice that the backswing is a “half swing” yet the distance that he hits each of these clubs is excellent.

Thanks for your comments. Try increasing the swing weight on your driver and you will be amazed at the beautiful draws you will hit.

I like how much the shaft flexes!
    Thats cool!

I think I have at least two of those lead tape weights on every club, I think they’re like E2 or E3!

My ball striking is excellent. I train at hand to eye coordination every day. Swinging very heavy clubs allows for shorter backswings and greater control and compression of the ball. Hammer

How consistent are you with this method?
