The Golf Swing Sequence

Many people say there are 3 stages in the golf swing sequence: the rise of the lid and monitoring. However, the first step should be implemented, because without that, even if you hit the ball 500 meters is not good if you’re in the wrong direction! It’s like the gorilla joke golf game.

In the introduction, the feet should be removed from the shoulder width and parallel to the goal ahead of the ball to the left heel, and of course, the club face to the goal. A good way to adjust the plan is to stay behind the ball, then use the shaft of the club to create a straight line of the ball towards the goal, select an important part of the grass or mark on the lawn to act as a marker. Then in the formation or management position, you can set up the club face with this marker, and then, in line with its objective.

In the next phase of the sequence of the golf swing shoulders, in a first arm and the club all starts to move as one, on the rise. The purpose of the climb is to get the arms and club swing arc early in the preparation of the swing down, so there is no speed involved here. In fact, this should be done slowly and carefully, with a slight pause at the top in preparation for the fall.

The slowdown really starts with the legs and hips turn just before the arms and shoulders start the movement with the movements begin slowly and avoid common misallignment caused by trying to tip. The weight is transferred from right to left with the legs and hips forward through the swing motion. The momentum of the swing gradually gathers pace to the point of impact.

This leads to the final phase of the golf swing sequence, follow-up. An important point to note is that throughout the swing, the head should stay still and concentrate on the ball. This is even more important to follow up. The natural tendency is to look to see where your shot went, but the problem is that there is a tendency to raise his head before impact and without altering its position, it is difficult to reach something that not look! Thus, the head must stay focused on the ball as long as possible after impact.

As with most things, you can learn a lot from the copy of the experts. So watch your favorite player and try to play it.
