Swingbyte Wins Clique Studios’ “$ 100,000 Promotion to Win a Promotion” Promotion

Chicago, IL (PRWEB) December 20, 2011

The voting is over and the results are in. One deserving Chicago business is the winner of a $ 100,000 promotion services contract from Clique Studios.

The winner is Swingbyte, a homegrown Chicago start-up that has developed a mobile golf swing analysis platform for golfers of all skill levels, from beginners to elite touring and teaching professionals.

Alex Pedenko, Founder & CEO of Swingbyte, along with Brian Payne (VP, Business Development) and Nathan Wojtkiewicz (VP, Global Supply Chain) cultivated Swingbyte from the hallowed grounds of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business where they were recognized as a Top 3 Winner of the Chicago Booth 2011 New Venture Challenge – one of the nation’s premier business plan competitions. The Swingbyte team is made up of avid golfers and entrepreneurs inspired to create a new way to analyze your swing with a smartphone.

“As we prepare to launch our initial consumer product in early 2012, winning this promotion from Clique Studios will help us tremendously towards generating the consumer awareness and buzz that will help make Swingbyte a smashing success,” says Mr. Pedenko. “We’re confident that as consumers hear about Swingbyte they will have a strong interest in purchasing. The key will be getting the word out in fun and interesting ways. Creative and effective promotions should play a huge part in that process and we are thrilled that Clique will be deploying our consumer engagement campaign.”

The Swingbyte entry specifically identified a promotion idea to partner with a carmaker that aligns with the Swingbyte brand to execute consumer test-drives in top markets throughout the US.

Clique Studios also sought to highlight their Mobile Marketing capabilities by offering a Contest Registration Incentive. The first 20 Contest entrants, and every 10th entrant thereafter, are receiving a free mobile splash page from Clique Studios.

“Consumer engagement campaigns are more relevant than ever and businesses big and small are looking for an edge that will give them an advantage in the marketplace,” said Jeff Molitor, Director of Promotions at Clique Studios. “Clique Studios and especially our Promotions Division helps businesses gain this edge by implementing fun and effective consumer engagement programs and telling the brand’s story in a unique and compelling way, all while contributing to their bottom line.”

The Best Resources for Golf Swing Help

Friday, January 7th, 2011

Most golfers are looking for some source of golf swing help, but it does not take them long to realize that there is plenty of junk advice being offered.  The golf swing is one of the most analyzed (not to mention misunderstood) activities in sports, and people are often willing to glom on to almost anything in their pursuit of a straight, long and unfettered drive!  However, the best instruction and most helpful resource for a terrific and effective golf swing may be a relatively new development… and it includes input from experts in health, biomechanics and golf instruction.

What Golfers Need To Know About Biomechanics

Historically, golf swing instruction has tended to focus on the face of the golf club and how it interacts with the ball.  While this element of the golf swing is undoubtedly a crucial part of the equation for creating a successful strike, it has now been determined that this is not the only thing to take into consideration! It is far better to see how this perfected connection between the ball and the clubface can be accomplished with a swing that is tailored specifically to the biomechanical needs of the golfer’s body.

This allows the body to avoid repetitive stress injuries and the nagging back pain that plagues so many golfers over time, and it also allows the golfer to remain very consistent with his or her swing.  This is because the body is not fighting against the swing; rather it is working together with it!

How Comfort and Consistency Can Be Achieved

One of the biggest challenges to replicating a good golf swing from tee to tee, let alone from round to round is that the body often feels completely uncomfortable in the movements required to optimize the use of the club.  If the golfer receives the necessary training for a perfect connection with the ball utilizing excellent biomechanical details, then suddenly there is no pain or discomfort involved when taking the swing.  Not only does it cause no pain, it feels natural.

Taking full advantage of the muscles, joints, and tendons in the body is a sure-fire way to learn how to swing a club in a manner that literally transforms your game for the better.

Expert Input for a Better Golf Swing

To facilitate a change in how the golf swing is taught requires a lot more than just a good instructor.  It involves focused research and input from physical therapists, chiropractors, kinesiologists, physicians, and others who understand the body’s movement patterns, how to prevent injury and how optimize muscle use.  However, it also requires input from a golf instructor who can see how all of the pieces fit together to create a functional swing! Happily, this ideal has been achieved by the Perfect Connection Golf Swing.
